Our Shipping Policy consists of the following terms and conditions.

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

When experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.

International Shipping Policy

We ship to the following countries: Luxembourg, Switzerland, Norway, Macao, Ireland, Qatar, Iceland, Denmark, Singapore, Australia, Sweden, San Marino, Netherlands, Austria, Hong Kong, Finland, Canada, Germany, Belgium, United Kingdom, Japan, New Zealand, France, United Arab Emirates, Israel, Italy, Puerto Rico and The Republic of Korea.

Shipping rates & ship estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the continental US.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

SmartFitNutrition ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. owned territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes SmartFitNutrition LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer and are dictated by your state’s tax laws (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

SmartFitNutrition is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
